What to Expect
  • Process associate concerns, inquiries, and requests related to benefits enrollment within 24 hours
  • Handle and resolve Tier 1 cases according to quality standards and HR guidelines
  • Redirect and assign Tier 2 cases to the appropriate HR functions for resolution
  • Serve as the front-facing HR resource for associates regarding various HR administrative requirements
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of interactions and resolutions
What is Required
  • High school graduate
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for business correspondence
  • Analytical skills to assess and resolve issues effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience in contact centers
  • Proficiency in utilizing Workday and ticketing tools
How to Stand Out
  • Previous experience in HR or benefits administration
  • Familiarity with HR Help Center operations
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
