Innovative Construction Solutions is recruiting for our Costa Mesa, CA Office: Project Manager: Manage project progress and tracks costs and P&L performance. Develop and maintain construction project schedules in MS Project and/or P6. Identify and manage change conditions that warrant additional compensation for the company. Manage vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Interface with clients and attend weekly progress meetings. Submit and negotiate monthly progress payments with client. Create project submittals for client approval. Identify project discrepancies/unknowns and submit RFIs to client. Ensure project safety by enforcing compliance with safety protocols. Enforce quality assurance by following Quality Control Plan(s). Position may require occasional travel to various unanticipated locations in the US. $125,000/yr. $140,000/yr.

Education and Experience Required:

Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 24 months of experience.
