About the Role

As a Medical Technologist, you ll be a critical part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering timely and accurate laboratory testing that guides clinical decisions. You ll rotate through essential lab sections, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at every step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and validate diagnostic tests across multiple lab disciplines

  • Interpret clinical test results in the context of patient conditions

  • Communicate STAT and critical values promptly to clinical staff

  • Perform quality control, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting

  • Prepare reagents and manage inventory with attention to cost-efficiency

  • Operate lab information systems for test orders, results, and workflow

  • Participate in teaching and mentoring as needed

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
