Base Pay Range$60,000.00/yr $85,000.00/yr

- Education: Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Experience: 15 years in architecture or engineering design.
- Certifications: OSHA 10, and professional credentials such as RA, PE, PMP, LEED AP, NCIDQ, RICS preferred.
- Skills: Client management, time management, Microsoft Office/Excel, technical writing, CAD/BIM, construction scheduling.
- Other: Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, English proficiency, ability to travel ~15% of time.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects within budgets and deadlines.
- Manage day?to?day project operations, including scope, budget, and status reporting.
- Review deliverables, ensure compliance with contracts and Hillmann protocol.
- Track and report hours, manage project budget, and facilitate team and client meetings.
- Communicate project information to clients, team, and leadership; deliver presentations.
- Develop client relationships, identify opportunities for new projects, and maintain satisfaction.
