Business knowledge of modern eligibility programs, including SNAP/TANF, policies, and procedures.
Demonstrate extensive experience in SNAP/TANF.
Act as a liaison between technical and business teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Program Leadership, and Technical Resources in problem resolution.
Answer questions about program requirements for all team members.
Define & document functional and technical specifications for service delivery products.
Experience with State-Sponsored Benefits Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) Programs.
Strong client-interaction skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
