- Other Details: Urgent locum coverage is needed for ongoing dates including Tuesday, December 9 at 7:00 AM through Friday, December 19 at 5:00 PM, and Monday, December 22 at 7:00 AM through Friday, December 26 at 5:00 PM, with continued needs extending into 2026 pending confirmation. Coverage includes both clinic and hospital call responsibilities, including rounding, consults, and clinic patient care for an adult-only population with an average of 2 5 patients per day, and requires general urology procedures. Credentialing timelines include days for payer enrollment upon receipt of required documents and days for hospital privileges upon completed application submission. Submission requirements include Board Certification or Eligibility within 5 years of residency, active state medical license at time of submission, CDS/Controlled Substance registration, DEA registration, ACLS certification, and disclosure of robotics training (highly preferred). Required certifications include ACLS, Board Certification, Controlled Substance registration, and an active DEA.
