Perform diversified jobs relating to the welding of various parts, assemblies, balers, etc. involved in the manufacturing of the product line.
ResponsibilitiesAbility to set up and operate welding machines Ability to MIG weld in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions Read blueprint drawings and parts list to determine proper machine fabrication Safely utilize all tools and equipment Attention to accuracy and detail Communicate with supervisor regarding safety and quality issues
Physical RequirementsHeavy industrial environment with mechanical activities requiring personal protective equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Stand for extended periods of time Sit, Stoop, Bend Reach above shoulders Lift 50 pounds
