Family Nurse Practitioner - Hanover, PA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations and obtain detailed medical histories.
  • Order, interpret, and integrate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
  • Administer medications and injections in accordance with state law and clinic policy.
  • Provide acute and chronic care management, including triaging patient calls and facilitating timely care delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Nursing; board-certified Nurse Practitioner
    Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner Required.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine.
  • DEA Certification.
  • Current CPR certification.
