- Liaise with cross-functional teams to fulfill client requests and expectations
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding key issues and project deliverables
- Develop project estimates and plans, overseeing work produced by junior team members
- Prepare comprehensive project scopes, including deliverables, schedules, and budgets
- Lead complex projects with minimal supervision, ensuring regular status meetings
- Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of interactive project management experience in an advertising agency or similar environment
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working on digital projects or digitally focused accounts
- Strong understanding of interactive mediums such as responsive websites, banners, and social media
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Project
- Experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency
- Previous experience managing one or more direct reports
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills
