The practice is supported by a premier dental management group that provides world-class resources while preserving each provider s clinical independence.

  • PPO and FFS patient base no Medicaid

  • Well-equipped office with 6 chairs, 2 doctors, and 2 hygienists

  • Modern digital technology and fully renovated facility

  • Strong focus on continuing education and collaborative care

  • Part-time schedule (2 days/week) with potential to expand to full-time in 2026

  • Long-term staff and loyal patient base

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3 5+ years of clinical experience

  • DDS/DMD with active New Jersey dental license in good standing

  • Completion of a General Practice Residency (preferred)

  • Confident, compassionate bedside manner

  • Proficient in comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on prevention

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for learning and growth

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $100,000 to $125,000 annually, based on schedule and experience

  • Strong minimum guarantee plus percentage of collections

  • Generous CE allowance for ongoing education and training
