Project Manager For Digital Grid Grid Enhancing Technology

This position can be located in Orlando, FL, Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC. As the Project Manager for the Digital Grid Grid Enhancing Technology (DG GET) organization, you are a key figure when it comes to executing and delivering sold contracts for the region of North America. Being the bridge between the customer, our engineering and suppliers.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Key figure when it comes to effectively delivering projects in North America.
  • Responsible for delivering the orders and projects focusing on quality, costs, and delivery time.
  • Manage stakeholders, project schedules, delivery scope, required services, required materials, and all other execution-related activities according to defined Project Management standards and customer requirements to guarantee DG GET success in the Latam.
  • Provide comprehensive lessons learned from ongoing or finalized projects to improve overall processes and strategy.
  • Feed insights into the DG GET organization to guarantee constant portfolio improvement and customer-centricity.
  • Support the constant improvement of Project Management processes based on market feedback and experience.
  • Main contact between organization and the customer, since contract signature to end warranty period. It is very important to have the ability to communicate in an oral and written way.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics or Power Engineering or other comparable technical education with equivalent experience may substitute educational requirements.
  • 2+ years of experience and proven success record in similar roles driving new digital products and digital transformation. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice versa.
  • Technical experience in the energy industry/companies.
  • You are thrilled by new technologies, you understand IoT, digitalization, and automation and you keep an eye on the latest developments in this space.
  • Strong drive and understanding of digital technology as well as a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with international team members and customers: English required, Spanish a plus.
