Senior Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for one of their clients within the renewable energy industry. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale utility solar EPC projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will lead daily operations, coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal departments, and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position requires proactive problem?solving, risk management, and clear communication to keep projects on track. The Project Manager will also mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high?performing environment. Regular reporting on progress, risks, and milestones, as well as leading internal and external meetings, will be key aspects of the role.
Base pay range$175,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in utility?scale solar or large renewable energy projects.
- Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of EPC construction practices and OSHA safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, renewable energy, or a related field.
- Masters degree or certifications (MBA, PMP, CEM, LEED).
- Proficient with project management tools: Primavera P6, MS Project, Viewpoint, or Procore.
- Experience working with BESS projects
- OSHA 10?hour safety certification
