This position is split between two outpatient locations on a set schedule , serving a diverse caseload with a preference for neuro and orthopedic patients. Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for outpatient clients Provide therapeutic interventions for neuro and orthopedic conditions (preferred) Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care Rotate between two designated clinic locations per provided schedule Required Qualifications Active NY Physical Therapy License 2 years of PT experience Preferred Qualifications Outpatient PT experience with neuro and orthopedic patient populations Assignment Details Location: Poughkeepsie, NY Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 1/20/26 Shift: 8-hour days, varying schedule Guaranteed Hours: 40 On-Call: None Interested?
