Position Summary

We are looking for a Regional Product Manager (Brazil) who will play a key role in leading product-related projects, drive performance analysis, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

In This Role You Will

• Provide product input, support registration, and propose improvements.
• Conduct competitor analysis and regional strategy planning.
• Coordinate project execution with Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
• Knowledge of the local language is a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Gather data to generate ideas for local-launch products and features, curate ideas, and decide which ones to pursue.
• Analyze market and competition data to curate products to match and surpass current industry standards.
• Define the product vision, roadmap, and positioning.
• Oversee product marketing strategy.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining key milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate product vision to sales and product marketing teams to increase market share.
• Balance customer needs with stakeholder limitations.
• Manage local registration and support the process.
• Monitor health and performance of the team and coordinate with respective teams regarding product launches.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and iterate based on feedback.
• Oversee products throughout the lifecycle.
• Work closely with related teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, product development, QC/QC and related teams to align strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the FMCG industry.
• Fluency in Portuguese required.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Brazil market is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Brazil food regulation is required.
• Proven experience in product management or a related field, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, web analytics, Google Ads).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field is required; MBA is a plus.
