Position SummaryWe are looking for a Regional Product Manager (Brazil) who will play a key role in leading product-related projects, drive performance analysis, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
In This Role You Will- Provide product input, support registration, and propose improvements.
- Conduct competitor analysis and regional strategy planning.
- Coordinate project execution with Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
- Knowledge of the local language is a huge plus.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Gather data to generate ideas for local-launch products and features, curate ideas, and decide which ones to pursue.
- Analyze market and competition data to curate products to match and surpass current industry standards.
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and positioning.
- Oversee product marketing strategy.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining key milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate product vision to sales and product marketing teams to increase market share.
- Balance customer needs with stakeholder limitations.
- Manage local registration and support the process.
- Monitor health and performance of the team and coordinate with respective teams regarding product launches.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success and iterate based on feedback.
- Oversee products throughout the lifecycle.
- Work closely with related teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Collaborate with brand marketing, product development, QC/QC and related teams to align strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the FMCG industry.
- Fluency in Portuguese required.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Brazil market is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Brazil food regulation is required.
- Proven experience in product management or a related field, with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, web analytics, Google Ads).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field is required; MBA is a plus.
