As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong, visible presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare environment in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

+ Observe and report any unusual activities, security-related hazards, or incidents according to established protocols.

+ Assist with access control procedures and visitor management as required by the healthcare facility's policies.

+ Support the enforcement of facility rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
