Job SummaryThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. As a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, the role will involve defining and prioritizing product features, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure product success.
Key Responsibilities- 1. Lead and manage cross functional project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope
- 2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- 3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- 4. Identify and resolve project issues and risks, escalating when necessary
- 5. Conduct project reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards
- 6. Define product features, prioritize the product backlog, and work closely with the development team
- 7. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision and goals are understood and implemented
- 8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
- 9. Ensure product success through effective collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement
- 1. Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools
- 2. Proven experience as a safe product owner/product manager in an agile environment
- 3. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- 4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 6. Understanding of software development lifecycle and principles
- 7. Certification in safe or project management (e.g., safe product owner/product manager, pmp) is preferred
