Opportunity: Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab Job Details: • Work in a 4-room cardiac catheterization laboratory with 1 patient per room • Maintain 1:1 patient ratio for optimal patient care • Day shift includes 1 Charge RN, Director, and 16 total staff members (4 staff per room) • Night shift operates with on-call teams (3 members per call team, 7 total) • On-call responsibilities are frequent and require flexibility to adapt to unit needs • Work with all GE equipment and rooms • Use EMR systems including Meditech and MacLab • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT • Must be competent in Special Procedures and GE Innova equipment • RCIS certification preferred • Perform cardiac catheterizations, cerebral angiograms, stents, balloons, ENT lab procedures, and scrubbing • Dress code requires red and gray scrubs in Cath and EP Labs (unit scrubs available) • Must be a team player, critical thinker with patient care focus who can work in fast-paced environment • Work with close-knit team of 22 staff members consisting of RNs and Techs Facility: This 228-bed facility has been a Joint Commission designated top performing hospital since 1980. The healthcare organization is a certified primary stroke center and Blue Distinction Stroke Center, specializing in comprehensive surgical programs including open heart surgery. The facility features a 24-hour adult and pediatric emergency room, orthopedics, robotics, women's services, and rehabilitation departments, providing a full spectrum of healthcare services to the community.
