From 5G smartphones to flexible installment plans, the Full-Time Sales Associate explains options in plain language and helps customers upgrade with confidence, all while building a career that moves as fast as they do. Core Functions of the Full-Time Sales Associate Drive mobile sales success by promoting AT&T smartphones and wireless plans that deliver reliable connectivity and everyday value for residential customers. Support customer activations and upgrades by confirming eligibility, preparing documentation, and ensuring devices and accounts are set up accurately. Deliver bilingual guidance by explaining plan options, device features, and service benefits clearly in both English and Spanish. Stay current on AT&T products and promotions to provide accurate, compelling information that strengthens customer confidence and drives conversions. Monitor performance metrics by tracking customer interactions, analyzing engagement data, and identifying opportunities to improve outreach and results. Advance professional expertise through ongoing training in sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and mobile technology trends.
