Responsibilities
  • Lead business analysis efforts for strategic initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify business challenges, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop detailed business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications for system enhancements and process changes.
  • Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations that drive business performance.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key business outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to align teams and ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead and mentor junior business analysts, providing guidance and best practices for business analysis methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and business process standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
