We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Doctor for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Mississippi starting Oct 24, 2025. This opportunity requires a minimum of 8 shifts per month and involves managing a diverse range of urgent cases. Qualified candidates should have a valid state license and necessary certifications.

Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage cardiovascular emergencies
• Address respiratory emergencies
• Respond to neurological emergencies
• Provide care for trauma and musculoskeletal emergencies
• Treat abdominal and gastrointestinal emergencies

Additional Information

• Must hold a current Mississippi license and have completed a 3-year residency or 1-year post-grad training with board certification
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine preferred but not required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) required
• Accepts 3rd year residents with 2 years of case logs requested (not required)
• Criminal background check required before orientation
• Provider must have a recent 2-step PPD or QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test (within 0-30 days of working)
