We are a New York-based Managed and Cloud Services Provider supporting businesses across the tri-state area. Our team delivers end-to-end IT solutions, including infrastructure design, security, and cloud computing. The environment is collaborative and built for engineers who value both independence and teamwork.

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator who can take ownership of technical projects, work directly with client leadership, and deliver modern infrastructure and cloud solutions. This is a project-driven role focused on design and implementation, with occasional escalations. It offers the opportunity to blend hands?on engineering with strategic, client-facing work.

What You Will Do
  • Scope, design, and deliver IT projects for small and mid?sized business clients
  • Implement and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions, including migrations and hybrid setups
  • Configure and support Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments
  • Manage and support virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper?V
  • Configure routers, switches, and firewalls, and optimize network performance
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely, high?quality project delivery
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for all project work
What You Bring
  • Two or more years of experience in a Managed Services Provider
  • Strong technical foundation across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server
  • Hands?on experience with virtualization and cloud migrations
  • Skilled in networking, firewalls, and infrastructure security
  • Clear communication and client?facing presentation skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deliver on deadlines
