Warehouse Associate

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate where you will be responsible for the receipt, packaging, and shipment of goods and equipment. You will manage inventory and logistics activities to maintain an adequate supply of materials for all departments, ultimately supporting manufacturing, service, product testing, and other activities.
Responsibilities
- Properly move or disposition materials per company procedures and collaborate with other departments.
- Update inventory control documents and ERP system as required.
- Deliver products to the proper facility, inventory location, or departmental personnel.
- Receive and inspect shipments of materials, equipment, or packages to confirm they meet ordered quantity and quality specifications.
- Confirm the accuracy of shipments and sign off appropriately.
- Manage in-house inventory levels for GMP and non-GMP materials and supplies to support demands and schedules while maintaining safety stock levels.
- Schedule and prepare shipments by coordinating with other departments and facilities.
- Label, package, and store all incoming and outgoing materials per product requirements and company procedures.
- Assist in developing, improving, and maintaining policies, procedures, and material control systems within shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics functions.
Essential Skills
- Experience in inventory, picking, material handling, shipping & receiving.
- 2+ years of warehouse/inventory/shipping and receiving experience.
- Proficiency in forklift operation, RF scanner, and pallet jack usage.
- Order picking and packaging skills.
- Experience in warehouse inventory management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in receiving and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of inventory control and materials management.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
