Construction Project Manager

Plans, organizes, and coordinates the activities of general contractors, sub-contractors, vendors and owner's consultants that will plan and construct any and all assigned projects. Coordinates the technical activities of projects, including document review, submittals, quality control, installations per specifications of drawings, field coordination issues, as-built drawings, system testing, AHCA inspections and problem resolution.
Position requires at least 3 years healthcare construction experience.
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $42.09 - $56.83 / hour

Work Type: Full Time
Shift: Shift 1/7:30:00 AM to 3:30:00 PM
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Experience Requirements:
- 3 Years Construction Management Required
- 3 Years Healthcare Required
Technical and construction healthcare/hospital experience required. This experience should include construction project management, estimating, budgeting, supervisory experience, and project scheduling.
