We are seeking a detail?oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to support our finance team in Valhalla, United States. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Location: Valhalla, NY 10595

Work Mode: On-site

Role: Accounting Clerk

Pay Rate (PR): $27/hr

What Youll Do
  • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets with multiple inputs and links
  • Communicate regularly with multiple department managers to input new data and look up information
  • Create spreadsheets to track projects
  • Email vendors and track purchase orders, invoices, and other vendor information
  • Manage the bid process for multiple managers
  • Compile bid specifications and contact vendors
  • Set up site visits, register vendors in the site security system, and participate in walkthroughs
  • Receive bids and compile bid-leveling spreadsheets
  • Proactively review spreadsheets and identify opportunities for improvement
