Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive management of patients with a broad spectrum of digestive health issues in outpatient settings at Gainesville and Braselton Medical Offices. Perform a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including colonoscopy, upper GI endoscopy (EGD), ERCP, EUS, enteroscopy, hemorrhoid banding, flexible sigmoidoscopy, video capsule endoscopy, and TIF. Conduct infusion therapies, nutritional counseling, and telehealth consultations to enhance patient outcomes. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of 4 MDs/DOs and 4 Advanced Practice Providers to deliver coordinated care. Ensure clinical documentation complies with regulatory standards and promotes continued quality improvement. Participate in on-call rotations, typically 1:9, ensuring availability for urgent cases and emergencies. Manage an average of 15-18 patients daily, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Qualifications and Certification Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology. Candidates who are Board Eligible and actively pursuing certification are encouraged to apply. Prior experience is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply through 2025. Candidates previously certified who need to recertify will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
