What You’ll Do Set up and operate CNC mill-turn machines , lathes, and EDMs to produce high-precision parts Troubleshoot programs, adjust offsets, and suggest feed/speed improvements Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and process documents Work closely with Engineering and Quality to improve fixtures, tooling, and setups Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and indicators Maintain production logs, complete job cards, and support continuous improvement Follow strict GMP/GDP standards and promote safe machining practices What You Bring ✅ 5+ years of CNC machining experience (mill-turn preferred) ✅ Strong setup skills with proven knowledge of G-code and multi-axis machines ✅ Ability to make tooling changes and minor program edits ✅ Familiarity with tight tolerances and medical-grade materials is a plus ✅ Solid math skills, blueprint reading, and quality-minded mindset ✅ Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive team player Why Work at Tecomet?
