Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Supports IT executives by coordinating office services, housekeeping, records controls and special management studies, as described in the essential duties.
Required High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of applicable experience working in an administrative role OR Associate's Degree plus a minimum of 6 months of applicable experience working in an IT support role OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Solid understanding of basic computer operations, strong analytical skills, computer literate (intermediate level- Excel & Word), organizational skills and the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently. Excellent communication and time management skills.
Essential Duties- Track and process invoices to ensure correct billing for toner, paper, forms and labels.
- Maintain and create systems and procedures to aid in the control of: Budget, Vacation hours, Misc records keeping.
- Track and prepare all departmental telephone bills for payment.
- Track and maintain maintenance and service agreements.
- Work with IT vendors for problem/commitment resolution.
- Maintain schedule for IT conference rooms.
- Set up and remove users for Office Depot and in line faxes.
- Set up and update vendor information as needed.
- Coordinate and troubleshoot travel arrangements for the IT department.
- Maintain all expense reports for the IT department in Expense Software.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
