The Office Manager builds and strengthens profitable customer relationships through proactive outreach, active outside business development activities, community involvement, and aligning office performance with the banks strategic goals. This position collaborates closely with internal teams across retail banking, lending, and operations, as well as directly engaging with customers to ensure a consistent and high-quality banking experience.
