Job DescriptionAs part of our Retail team, the Holiday Sales Associate is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
- Take pride in work and strive for excellence.

- Embody the company culture of coaching through fostering Tumi elite and skill practicing continuously with store team and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

- Ensure the store follows the visual guidelines and directives, inclusive of cleanliness standards.
- Ensure a consistent superior client experience.
- Stand, move around the store, lift, push boxes that weigh 30 pounds, and use a ladder to complete job duties.
- Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for the lifestyle, clients, and product assortment.
- Value a collaborative environment and have an openness to feedback.
- Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
- Can demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed.
- Have a strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.
