Responsibilities Work in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit with 14 LDRP beds and 2 operating rooms Mixed patient population requiring labor, delivery, postpartum, and surgical care Typical procedures include versions, cesarean sections, vaginal assisted deliveries, and D&Cs Patient ratios follow AWHONN guidelines with 1:1–1:2 for L&D and 3:1 for postpartum Uses Beacon equipment and CPN/Meditech EMR systems Scheduled for 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Supportive multidisciplinary team with day and night shift coverage Flexible and adaptable team members preferred Access to updated equipment and technology in the unit Unit policies and guidelines will be provided during orientation Scrub requirements provided upon hire No drama and a professional attitude are expected at all times Requirements Active CO or compact RN license required Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with recent labor and delivery and postpartum experience American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification required No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-547298.
