Accepting applications for medical assistant or EMT/paramedic
Overview: Responsible for assisting physicians and nurses in providing patient care to clinic patients under the supervision of physicians/nurse practitioner and the leader.
Medical assistant qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Certification: Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
Preferred experience: 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a physician's office.
Certified medical assistant:
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Certification: Must have active medical assistant certification/registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA; EMT and/or paramedic are also accepted). Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
