Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and event-driven APIs for integration with various systems and devices
  • Collaborate with front-end and mobile teams to enhance warehouse workflows through end-to-end feature delivery
  • Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures for large distributed systems
  • Automate testing, performance monitoring, and defect resolution
  • Create effective documentation for APIs, database logic, and stored procedures
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing, developing, and scaling large-scale back-end systems
  • 3+ years of experience developing scalable backend services using Node.js (TypeScript preferred)
  • Expert-level SQL skills, including performance tuning and query optimization in large transactional environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with message queues or event-driven architecture (Kafka preferred)
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred) and containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality SQL solutions in fast-changing environments
