Job Description

The Project Manager's responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee and guide project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:
