Construction Assistant Project Manager

Job DescriptionAssist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects. Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors to address project requirements. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site. Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise. Conduct site visits to assess project status and quality control. Support the procurement process by coordinating material and resource needs.

The Successful ApplicantA successful Construction Assistant Project Manager should have:
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
