Job description Do you have a passion for delivering truly excellent and compassionate care to patients from all walks of life? Are you eager to grow more—both professionally and personally—than you ever have in any prior position? Are you searching for a long-term role that not only fulfills your clinical aspirations but also offers unparalleled opportunities for leadership and lifelong learning? If so, Remedy Psychiatry might be the perfect fit for you. At Remedy, our mission is simple yet profound: to provide exceptional mental health care to everyone, irrespective of their background or socioeconomic status. We believe that every person under our care—from the Hollywood executive to the doctor, from the teacher to the unhoused individual—deserves the same level of respect, compassion, and expert care. Remedy exists to make that belief a reality. Why Join Remedy? Dr. Kirsten Thompson, M.D., the founder of Remedy Psychiatry, exemplifies the values we hold dear. After building a thriving cash-pay private practice and UCLA Faculty positions, she made the bold decision to scale back her own work in order to focus entirely on Remedy’s mission: creating a collaborative, enduring team of like-minded mental health practitioners who are deeply committed to the art and science of psychiatric care. At Remedy, we don’t just treat patients; we transform lives. We’re looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is not only clinically skilled but also shares our vision. This position is for someone who: Believes in equality in care: You’re inspired to provide the same level of commitment and expertise to every patient, regardless of their social or economic status. Thrives on learning and growth: You’re eager to continually improve, constantly challenge yourself, and embrace opportunities to learn in ways that stretch you beyond what you’ve experienced in other roles. Seeks longevity and leadership: You’re searching for more than a job; you want a career that evolves with you. Remedy is committed to fostering leadership opportunities and long-term professional fulfillment for our team members. The Role As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Remedy, you will: Deliver empathetic, patient-centered care via telehealth to a diverse population of patients. Work in a collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and quality. Take part in ongoing training, supervision, and opportunities to deepen your clinical expertise. Help shape the future of Remedy Psychiatry by contributing ideas, insights, and your unique perspective. What We Offer A mission-driven culture where patient care comes first. Continuous opportunities for learning and professional development. Long-term career growth and leadership pathways. The flexibility of remote work while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. Who You Are You’re an experienced and licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner passionate about providing care that genuinely improves lives. You’re committed to Remedy’s mission of equality and excellence in mental health care. You’re ready to commit to a role that challenges you, grows you, and fulfills you in ways no other position has. If Remedy’s mission resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to be part of something bigger than yourself—a team dedicated to changing lives through the power of compassionate, high-quality mental health care.
