This is a short-term, flexible opportunity with day-to-day assignments (4 to 8 hours). A great fit for those looking for extra income, flexible schedules, or who are balancing school, childcare, or another job.

How It Works:

• Pick up and work your first shift (48 hours).
• If your attendance and performance are strong, youll be added to the OC3PL Flex Pool.
• Once in the Flex Pool, youll get first priority invitations for future 1-day assignments before theyre posted to the entire platform.
• During peak season, Flex Pool members can expect 3240 hours per week of available work, but with no long-term commitment to a set schedule.
  

Pay:

• Starting at $19/hour (weekly pay)
• On-demand pay available
• Direct deposit, CashApp & Chime Paycard options
  

Responsibilities:

• Picking and Packing Orders Accurately pick items from designated locations and pack them securely for shipment; lift up to 20 lbs.
• Work Across Multiple Clients OC3PL supports several clients, each with unique products (SKUs) and order requirements. Crew members must follow specific client instructions, which may include custom packing, labeling, or kitting (assembling multiple items into one order).
• Productivity (UPH) Standards Meet or exceed units-per-hour goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Flexibility in Departments Be ready to move between different warehouse departments (picking, packing, kitting, shipping, etc.) as needed.
• Clean & Safe Work Area Maintain an organized, clutter-free workstation and follow all safety guidelines at all times.
• Teamwork & Reliability Follow supervisor instructions, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive, productive warehouse environment.
  

Requirements:

• Physical Endurance Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift; frequent bending, reaching, and handling of items up to 20 lbs.
• Attention to Detail Must be able to quickly and accurately follow different packing, kitting, and order instructions across multiple clients.
• Work Speed & Efficiency Balance speed with accuracy to meet client productivity standards.
• Adaptability Comfortable switching between departments or tasks based on daily needs.
• Safety-Conscious Always follow safety procedures and use proper techniques when lifting or handling items.
• Reliable Transportation Must have dependable transportation to consistently arrive on time.
• Attendance & Punctuality On-time arrival and adherence to assignment instructions are required to remain eligible for the Flex Pool.
  

Dress Code:

• Neat, clean, professional appearance
• Casual, comfortable clothing
• Closed-toed, heel-backed shoes (no UGG boots, no crop tops, spaghetti straps, or offensive graphics)
  

Location Rules:

• No cell phone use on the floor while clocked in
• No photos or posting of the facility on social media
• Adhere to attendance policy, breaks, lunches & shift huddles
• Follow all safety guidelines

Arrival Instructions:

• Park in the main lot. Enter through the side door to the left of the main front doors. Call your Bluecrew Onsite Manager upon arrival.
  

***General Requirements***

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
