Senior Business Analyst, Artificial Intelligence

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Managing and prioritizing AI use cases across the firm, ensuring high-value solutions are delivered efficiently.
  • Partnering with business leads to analyze AI requests, translating them into actionable tech solutions.
  • Collaborating with AI and data teams to develop, test, and roll out AI models that optimize processes and enhance user experience.
  • Ensuring responsible and ethical AI adoption by aligning with established governance policies.
  • Continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the AI platform.
  • Supporting leadership with project management, documentation, and administrative tasks.
  • Staying current with the latest in AI through ongoing learning, certifications, and training.

What Were Looking For:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, with at least 2 years focused on AI technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools like M365 Copilot/Studio, MS PowerApps, frontier models, and prompt engineering.
  • Strong background in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with a proven ability to deliver business value iteratively.
  • High-energy, team-oriented, and flexible, with the ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience in investment management.
  • Expertise in data analytical tools and AI governance principles.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Arts or Science, or equivalent experience.
