Position Overview

Our Richmond, VA office is seeking a Sr. Project Manager with 10+ years of land development/site civil engineering experience for private sector clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your client portfolio with entrepreneurial support
  • Build your personal and Bohler's brand locally
  • Lead project scope and direction as a quarterback
  • Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and designers
  • Support team growth and success
  • Act as a business partner to clients, understanding their needs and providing technical expertise
  • Represent clients at project milestones, public presentations, and hearings

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • 10+ years of land development civil engineering experience for private sector clients
  • Experience with single-family residential, data centers, manufacturing facilities preferred
  • Proven leadership in high-performance site design teams
  • Experience in nurturing and growing client relationships while delivering top-tier service
