Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Material Handler opportunities in Longmont, CO. Responsibilities for a Material Handler include but are not limited to:

  • Receipt of inbound materials and verification of paperwork using established processes and procedures
  • Shipment of outbound materials including packaging, label generation, pickup scheduling, and occasional package drop-off
  • Movement of materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas using forklifts or reach trucks
  • Performing electronic inventory transactions, inventory counts, consumable replenishment, and 5S warehouse organization activities

Candidates for Material Handler must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and maintain strong organization and attention to detail
  • Systems/software experience; familiarity with Microsoft Office, Epicor, Smartsheet, SAP, or Jira is a plus
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift and reach truck (training provided)

  • Shift: MondayThursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm
