Responsibilities- Oversee the entire product lifecycle for Web-related requests, from initial confirmation to successful release
- Leverage deep expertise in cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal processes, as well as blockchain technology, to drive product improvements
- Design and manage compliance-related product features, ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements. Prior experience in compliance-related product design and project management is preferred
- Gather and analyze user feedback to optimize product features and continuously enhance the user experience
- Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to evaluate feature effectiveness, identify key trends, and propose iterative enhancements
- Conduct in-depth monitoring of key conversion metrics, diagnosing performance issues through data analysis and providing actionable recommendations
- Generate and present regular product data reports, identifying growth drivers and delivering strategic insights to guide product development
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
- Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with a track record of effective collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
