The candidate will work in a team environment, perform battery testing and charging duties, and may assemble small battery packs and related sub-assemblies as needed. The candidate must be a team player with demonstrated skills or the ability to quickly learn assembly manufacturing, material handling, soldering, wiring, and understanding basic prints and wiring diagrams. Responsibilities include:
- Assembling small battery packs and sub-assemblies according to specifications and drawings.
- Spot soldering and welding for electrical boards (PCBs).
- Conducting QC testing and RMA analysis.
- Performing battery testing following defined procedures.
- Carrying out battery charging according to operational protocols.
- Reporting and troubleshooting issues during testing.
- Assisting with new battery pack design and improvements.
Qualifications include:
- Attention to detail and responsible attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Practical problem-solving skills.
- Electrical knowledge and training are advantageous.
- Experience in electrical assembly and soldering is a plus.
Salary is DOE $20-$23/hr. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K with company match, paid holidays. Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
