What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead technical discussions to identify gaps in the telematics data platform and influence the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to make design decisions and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Ship features that are used immediately by customers and iterate based on their feedback
  • Deliver full-stack features across front-end, back-end, and mobile platforms using various technologies
  • Maintain production systems and provide operational support for owned systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 8+ years of experience designing and building products in a skilled software engineering team
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing data models and contracts within large organizations
  • Proven track record of leading design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable software systems
  • Experience mentoring and supporting engineers in a technical lead capacity
  • Proactive growth mindset with a continuous improvement approach
