Buffalo. Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative. Toni DuBois Agency, LLC. Part Time. Benefits. This is a very busy position. Computer skills are a must and the ability to multi-task. There is high phone contact involved. Attention to detail needed. Some of the other duties include filing, data entry, faxing, emailing companies and customers. The ability to make requested policy changes. Assisting with marketing efforts and other duties is needed. Responsibilities: Data Entry, Filing, Answering Phones Process customer payment and policy change requests. Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets. Requirements Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Professional phone etiquette. Works well with other employees and is a team player.
