Client Service Associate

Work with some of the Bay Area's most successful families. This multi-family office provides investment management, financial planning, lending strategies, and tailored family office services, all while building lasting client relationships that span generations. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned relationships, partner with senior leadership on customized strategies, and collaborate across teams to deliver seamless support. Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for UHNW clients, ensuring requests are handled promptly
- Partner with senior leaders on strategies and initiatives
- Build strong client relationships by anticipating needs
- Collaborate with associates and analysts for seamless execution
- Support clients with wealth transfer, philanthropy, and tax-efficient strategies
- Maintain close ties with client teams (executive assistants, chiefs of staff, personal CFOs)
- Partner with investment teams on portfolios and new assets
- Contribute to firm-wide projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years in client-facing roles (family office or wealth management experience ONLY)
- Strong communication skills; highly responsive with a client-first mindset
- Knowledge of estate planning and tax strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce/MS Dynamics) preferred
- Schwab Advisor Center familiarity a plus
