  • Department: Med Surg 7E - Ortho Neuro Unit
  • Schedule: Part Time Nights; 11PM-7:30AM with every other weekend and holiday rotations
  • Hospital: Ascension Columbia St. Marys

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.
  • Aid with entry and exit of patients.
  • Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
  • Report physical, mental, and emotional condition changes to nursing staff.
  • Document necessary records.
  • Keep patient rooms clean and maintain medical equipment.
Requirements
  • Licensure / Certification / Registration:
    • BLS Provider within 1 Month (30 days) of hire or transfer; AHA or Red Cross accepted.
    • Nurse Aide credential from Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry prior to hire or transfer.
    • Certified Nursing Assistant credential from Wisconsin, eligible to work in a hospital setting.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant experience.
