Warehouse Worker

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining organized inventory. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and care.
• Inventory Control: Perform regular inventory counts and keep records up to date.
• Receiving & Storage: Unload incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and store items in designated areas.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects, damages, and expiration dates before shipping.
• Equipment Operation: Safely load/unload trucks and operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient workspace.
• Documentation: Complete accurate records of all warehouse activities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in forklift operation, order picking, and packing.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and material handling.
• Familiarity with shipment processing software.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience processing orders and shipments is a plus.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
