IT Systems Analyst II

JOB DESCRIPTIONThe IT Systems Analyst will support the implementation of a new document management solution for the Legal Team. This role will serve as a liaison between Legal, IT, and the external vendor to ensure alignment across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include supporting requirements gathering, coordinating system setup and integration efforts with cross-functional IT teams, developing documentation, and leading QA and UAT activities to support a successful implementation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with Legal stakeholders and the vendor to gather, define, and align business and technical requirements.
- Partner with internal IT teams to coordinate system setup, configuration, and integration activities.
- Develop test plans and test cases; perform QA testing; support user acceptance testing (UAT); track, document, and drive defect resolution.
- Create and maintain documentation such as requirements, process flows, integration specifications, and testing artifacts.
- Act as a primary contact for the vendor to facilitate communication, issue resolution, and review of deliverables.
- Support project planning and execution within an Agile environment; provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst.
- Experience with SaaS implementations and system integrations.
- Strong background in test management, QA, and documentation.
- Experience with document management systems or Legal / compliance technology solutions preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency with business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
