Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Join a mission-driven healthcare team dedicated to serving those who ve served our country. We re seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role performing one-time, non-treatment disability assessments for U.S. Veterans applying for VA benefits.
Position Highlights:
- Location: Eagan, MN
- Days Per Week: 5 days
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Patient Load: 3 5 Veterans per day
- Compensation: $62.50 per hour
- Start Date: Immediately after credentialing and required VA training (4-6 WEEKS)
What You ll Do:
- Conduct in-person medical evaluations focused solely on disability claims
- Review and analyze medical documentation relevant to each Veteran s case
- Complete and submit reports electronically within 24 hours of the exam
- Work within a supportive team to help streamline the VA benefits process
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (any U.S. state)
- No treatment, diagnosing, or prescribing required
- Previous experience in assessments or evaluations is a plus but not mandatory
