Next Phase Solutions and Services seeks a Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of advanced data and analytics solutions for a major federal data modernization initiative. This role spans the full product lifecycle, from concept through deployment, governing, integrating, and productizing mission data to power adjudication, investigations, and operational intelligence.
Base pay range$125,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr
Location: Hybrid - 3 days on-site (Tue/Thu/Fri) in Columbia, MD; not full remote.

What Youll Do
- Own the roadmap for enterprise data analytics and BI capabilities.
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product features.
- Partner with data engineers, architects, and analysts in a cloud-based AWS environment.
- Deliver dashboards, reports, and visual analytics that enhance mission outcome.
- Drive adoption of self-service analytics and ensure products are user-centric.
- Manage Agile sprint planning, backlog, and release schedules.
- Ensure compliance with security, Section 508, and governance standards.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years in product or program management, ideally in federal IT analytics.
- Experience with Databricks, Tableau, SAS Viya, Informatics, and AWS data services.
- Prove leadership across multi-vendor teams and strong communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship (required) and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred: Experience with Department of Homeland Security (DHS), USCIS, or similar federal missions; familiarity with AI/ML analytics.
