This position offers the opportunity to work within a growing, multidisciplinary environment with access to advanced facilities and a strong network of pediatric subspecialists.Position Highlights: Proportionate call schedule with 24/7 inpatient coverage provided by Pediatric Hospitalists, Pediatric Critical Care, and Neonatologists Multidisciplinary collaboration with pediatric subspecialists in cardiology, endocrinology, general surgery, infectious disease, pulmonology, neurology, nephrology, and orthopedics State-of-the-art NICU (Level IIIb) with 42 beds, including individual, twin, and triplet rooms 18-bed Pediatric Unit and 5-bed PICU with continuous hospitalist and critical care physician coverage New Women's & Children's Tower scheduled for completion in 2027 Academic appointments available through the USD School of Medicine Teaching opportunities with medical students and family medicine residents Research opportunities supported by a dedicated clinical research teamCompensation and Benefits: Highly competitive salary Loan assistance available Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, CME, and malpractice coverage
